The Gem Theatre box office is open one-half hour before the scheduled start time of the movie. Advanced tickets are not sold.

The Gem Theatre accepts cash only. An on-site ATM machine is available for your convenience. ATM fees do apply.
Accessibilty Services:
Wheelchair access and infrared Assistive Listening Devices for the hearing impaired are available upon request. Please call the box office at 704-932-5126 at least 24 hours in advance to request these services.
Children:
All children are required to have tickets and separate seats with the exception of children younger than 2 years old that will be sitting on an adult's lap. As a courtesy to audience members, please use discretion regarding your child's ability to sit quietly and enjoy a movie.
